Haute Fried Chicken Fest in Wynwood: More than a dozen superstar chefs will share their takes on fried chicken in the hopes of being crowned the king or queen of "The Cluck" on Friday, September 27 at Cluck Miami. Early Word on Semilla: A new fusion gastropub, Semilla, will take root on Alton Road this October. On the name, which means "seed" in Spanish, owner and chef Fredric Joulin says, "We chose this name to elaborate on the fact that each of our freshly prepared menu items is made using primarily organic ingredients.
