Pubbelly Boys' new L'Echon Brasserie is saluting the French national holiday with a three-course prix-fixe menu ($55) and optional French wine pairing on Monday, July 14. The menu starts off with Provençal summer vegetable terrine or Niçoise salad, with a second-course option of crispy lamb belly or brochette of local tripletail. The meal ends on a sweet note with a choice of pot du opera with Panther Coffee mousse or Granny Smith apple mille-feuille with homemade ice cream.
