Bar Crudo’s New Dishes for the New Year: The chefs at raw bar restaurant Bar Crudo have un-cooked up a bevy of creative new dishes. New selections include farro with wild berries and Anjou pear; potato and purple cauliflower soup with black truffle; and wild boar tartare with black truffle and sea beans. Tequila Tasting at Terrazza: Shore Club’s Italian eatery will be switching cuisines on Thursday, Jan. 23 at 6:30 p.m., serving a Mexican tasting menu paired with Don Julio tequilas. The three-course dinner ($68 per person) will take diners through a tequila tasting manned by Don Julio brand ambassador David Homan.
