Earls Kitchen Coming to Dadeland Mall: This March, Dadeland Mall’s new wing will receive another newcomer, Earls Kitchen + Bar. Dolce Italian Adds Pork Belly, Foie-Stuffed Pasta: As South Beach’s Dolce Italian, set in the renovated Gale Hotel, hits its one year mark, the restaurant is adding new items to the lunch and dinner menus and launching a new grill menu. Bloodys and Bellinis at Area 31: Take brunch up a notch, or 16 floors, at Area 31 in the EPIC Hotel. The new brunch menu—served 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays—promises an à la carte spread complete with creative Bloody Marys and Bellinis, like the house-made strawberry-basil and guava syrup Bellini. Internationally Inspired Bites at Buns & Buns: After taste testing dishes around the world, the Buns & Buns team is bringing a sample of their travels to South Miami this month with the restaurant’s debut. The bakery and grill combines the two concepts so diners can mix and match their buns with grilled toppings.
